All in all not a great season from the Mags finishing 10th in the league, but after a heavy defeat by Ash Celtic something clicked in the camp and we managed to make the rest of the games unbeaten. In the final six games of the season the results were : St Annes 3-3 Mags Leopards Whiston 2-2 Mags Leopards Mags Leopards 4-1 Mags Dragons Mags 6-2 Knowsley South Mags 10-0 Roma FC.
Then we had a cup to enter " The David Berry Memorial Cup." Our first game of the Cup was against Mags Dragons were we dominated all of the game winning an amazing 10-1. After that game we faced a semi-final game against St Annes 2-2 after normal time thanks to goals from Jesse Dowling and Tom Boyd. Then after extra time a strike from Jacob Foster looked as though we had clinched it untill a fanastic goal from St Annes took it to penalties were Joe Judge Knock slotted home to take it to a final against Paramount were in the space of 10 mins we were 2-0 down. Though are heads never went down Deklan Richardson slotted to put us right back in the game. then Jacob breaks PENALTY!!!!!! Joe Hill steps up and slots to make it 2-2. Later in the first half DEklan Richardson runs from his own half with the ball and slots it. Lionel Messi would have been pround of it ! 3-2 Mags end of first half. Secondc half they got a good goal which keeper Joe Dooley could do nothing about. 3-3.
